2. Responsibility of the parties

• Provide free access to the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner;
• Cover furniture, floor coverings, interior items and household appliances located in the service area;
• Notify the contractor about the presence of hidden communications (electrical wiring, pipes, ventilation, etc.) );
• Ensure the availability of water supply and power supply, if required.

The contractor respects the customer's property, however is not responsible for the safety of furniture, decoration, flooring and interior items, which were not previously covered or cleaned by the customer.
The customer is solely responsible for preparing the premises.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor guarantees the performance of work in accordance with technical requirements and safety standards. The standard list of services includes:
• Cleaning filters, covers, impellers and heat exchangers;
• Washing the elements with a pressurized water supply device using professional chemicals;
• Cleaning and checking the drainage system;
• Checking the equipment's performance after service.

4. Limitation of liability
The contractor is not responsible for malfunctions, breakdowns or decreases in the efficiency of the air conditioner caused by natural wear and tear, prolonged use or previous equipment damage.

These cases include:
• Heat exchanger tightness due to corrosion; • Wear of the compressor, fans, bearings or drain pump;
• Damage to plastic elements, insulation or fasteners that are weakened or dry over time;
• Electrical failures caused by aging control board components; • Decrease in cooling or heating efficiency due to the age of the equipment.
When disassembling an indoor or outdoor unit an old air conditioner that has not been serviced for a long time and is in poor technical condition, performer is not responsible for damage caused during cleaning, dismantling or disassembly, if such damage is due to natural wear and tear, metal corrosion, drying out and brittle plastic.

If during maintenance it turns out that the equipment is in emergency or critically worn out condition, the contractor has the right to refuse to completely disassemble or limit the scope of work in agreement with the customer.
The contractor is also not responsible for hidden manufacturing defects, previously performed unqualified repairs and the consequences of aging equipment. The customer is responsible for the technical condition of the equipment and its suitability for maintenance.

5. Aesthetics and cleanliness
Upon completion of the work, basic cleaning of the service area is carried out. Minor traces of moisture, dust or detergent that appear during the washing process are considered normal and are eliminated by normal room cleaning.
The contractor strives to perform all procedures accurately and cleanly, however is not responsible for the condition of floor coverings and finishes if the customer did not take measures to protect them before starting work.
Conditions for installing air conditioners

1. General provisions
Air conditioners are installed on the basis of the terms of reference set forth in any way convenient for the parties: in correspondence, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram messages, as well as in any other convenient way, including personal and telephone conversations.

The contractor undertakes to perform the work efficiently and on time, provided that access to the premises and all necessary communications is provided.

2. Customer responsibility:
Before starting work, the customer must:
• Provide free access to the installation site;
• Remove furniture, household appliances, interior items and other personal items in the installation area;
• Notify the contractor about the presence of hidden communications (electrical wiring, pipes, cables, ventilation, etc.).

The contractor is not responsible for damage to items, finishes or furniture that were not removed by the customer and interfered with the work. The customer is solely responsible for the safety of property left in the work area. Damage caused by fragile walls, poor quality finishes, hidden voids or other structural defects in the building does not fall within the contractor's area of responsibility. The customer is responsible for damage to hidden communications about the exact location and the presence of which the contractor was not warned.

3. Contractor's responsibility:
All work is carried out in accordance with safety requirements and technical standards:
• Secure fastening of indoor and outdoor units;
• Proper installation of the freon route, drainage and power supply;
• Use of high-quality materials, fasteners and tools suitable for the job;
• Vacuuming and checking the tightness of the system.
If hidden defects in the walls, facade or electrical network are detected during the work, the contractor has the right to adjust the installation technology or cost in agreement with the customer.

4. Guarantee obligations
All installation works are covered by a warranty period 3 years subject to the following conditions:
• The air conditioner is serviced annually by the contractor's specialists;
• There was no independent intervention in the system, route or blocks;
• The power grid meets the technical requirements of the equipment;
• Operation is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Otherwise, the warranty obligations are canceled.

The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by external factors (power surges, natural phenomena, mechanical effects, repairs by third parties);
• Drainage blockages caused by lack of regular maintenance;
• Violation of operating conditions, including untimely cleaning of filters and heat exchangers.

5. Aesthetics and cleanliness of installation
The contractor performs the work in accordance with the customer's wishes, striving for minimal visual interference with the interior.
Upon completion of the work, basic cleaning of the installation area is carried out.
However, small traces of dust and construction particles, which are inevitable during drilling, are not the basis for claims.

6. Approval and changes in the work process
All changes made during the installation process (moving blocks, correcting the route, additional drilling, etc.) can be agreed orally or by phone. The customer's oral consent is equivalent to written confirmation.

7. Acceptance of works and final provisions
The fact that the work performed was accepted by the customer confirms their compliance with the stated requirements and the absence of complaints.
After the installation is completed and the acceptance certificate is signed, the contractor is released from liability for subsequent interventions or changes made by third parties.
Air conditioner diagnostic conditions

The air conditioner is diagnosed on the basis of a technical specification set out in any convenient way: in correspondence, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone conversations or through the website. The purpose of the work is to determine the technical condition of the equipment, identify faults and provide recommendations for the repair, maintenance or replacement of units.

2. Responsibility of the parties

• notify the contractor about previous repairs and operating features;
• ensure safe working conditions: lighting, access to power supply, a stable surface;
• report hidden defects, problems with fasteners, facade, wiring and other risks.
The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to diagnose in case of limited or unsafe access.
The customer is responsible for the preparation of the facility and the condition of the structures.

3. Quality and safety of work
Diagnostics are carried out in accordance with technical and safety regulations. The diagnosis includes:
• visual inspection of equipment;
• checking electrical connections and control boards;
• inspection of the drainage system;
• refrigerant pressure test (if there are service ports); • test run in different modes;
• analysis of the operation of the compressor, fan and temperature sensors.
The contractor uses a serviceable measuring tool and operates within the framework of standard diagnostic procedures.
4. Limitation of liability
The Contractor is not responsible for:
• for hidden defects that are not detectable without complete disassembly;
• for wear and tear of equipment;
• for any consequences caused by improper installation of the air conditioner by third parties;
• for damage to the finish if the equipment is installed without normal access;
• for equipment failure after diagnosis due to external factors: power surges, moisture, freezing drainage, vibrations, and third party interference.
The Contractor is only responsible for the correctness of the data obtained at the time of diagnosis.
5. Additional works

• Free access to the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner;
• Connection to a power source and, if necessary, water supply;
• No obstacles in the repair area (furniture, interior items, appliances);
• Informing the contractor about previous interventions in the system or the presence of hidden damage.
The Contractor is not responsible for faults caused by third parties, poor power quality, power surges, miswiring, as well as for the consequences of previously performed unqualified repairs.
The customer is responsible for preparing the workplace and access to equipment.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor guarantees that repairs are carried out in compliance with all safety and technical requirements. The list of possible works includes:
• Replacement of starting and operating capacitors;
• Replacement of temperature sensors, electromagnetic relays, control boards and other electronic components;
• Restoring or re-soldering the route, eliminating freon leaks;
• Repair or replacement of drainage pumps and fans;
• Checking, diagnosing and testing the system after repair.
If it is necessary to replace parts, only original or certified analogues that meet the technical characteristics of the equipment are used.

4. Limitation of liability
The contractor is solely responsible for the quality and correctness of the repairs performed within his competence.
At the same time the contractor is not responsible for faults and breakdownsthat arise or appear due to natural wear and tear, prolonged use, aging of parts or hidden equipment defectsthat are not related to the repairs carried out.
These cases include:
• Compressor damage caused by overheating, refrigerant leakage or internal short circuit;
• Control board failures due to power surges;
• Track tightness due to metal corrosion, soldering fatigue or microcracks;
• Destruction of plastic parts, insulation or fasteners that have lost their strength due to the age of the equipment;
• Node failures associated with previous unqualified interventions.
When renovating old or previously unserviced air conditioners, performer is not responsible for damage to parts or assemblies, if they've happened during repair or dismantling for a reason corrosion, wear, dry plastic, wiring degradation or general aging of equipment.
Such breakdowns are considered the result of the poor condition of the equipment, and not the contractor's negligence.
If the diagnosis reveals critical wear and tear or an emergency condition of the air conditioner, the contractor has the right stop repairs or limit their scope in agreement with the customer to avoid additional damage and risks.

5. Guarantee for work performed
Guarantee is provided only for replaced or refurbished components and is 1 year from the moment the work is completed.
The warranty does not cover:
• Other elements of the air conditioner that have not been repaired;
• Faults caused by power surges, violations of operating conditions, mechanical damage or the customer's own intervention;
• Cases when a replaced part fails due to a malfunction in other equipment components.
Warranty service is carried out while maintaining the certificate of completion and without outside intervention after the repair.
The contractor is responsible only for the quality of the work performed and the components replaced, but not for the general condition or the continued operation of the air conditioner as a whole.

6. Aesthetics and cleanliness
After the repair is completed, basic cleaning of the work area is carried out. Minor traces of dust, installation materials or traces of soldering are considered the norm for repairs.
The contractor performs the work accurately and safely, however is not responsible for contamination or damage to surfaces, furniture and flooring, unless the customer has taken measures to protect them in advance.

Air conditioners are refueled in accordance with technical and safety regulations established by equipment manufacturers. All work is carried out by qualified specialists using professional tools, vacuum units and precise manometric systems.
The purpose of the procedure is to restore the optimal volume of refrigerant in the system, ensure the correct operation of the equipment and prevent compressor overloads.

2. Responsibility of the parties
Before starting work, the customer must:
• Provide free access to the outdoor and indoor units of the air conditioner;
• Provide an opportunity to connect to power supply and, if necessary, water supply;
• Inform the contractor about any previous interventions in the system (repairs, refueling, leaks);
• Make sure that the equipment is in good condition and that the working conditions are suitable.
The contractor is not responsible for the consequences caused by a violation of the integrity of the route, hidden leaks or equipment defects that cannot be visually detected before refueling begins.
The customer is responsible for the serviceability of the electrical network and the general condition of the air conditioner.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor refuels using a certified refrigerant (R-32, R-410A, etc.) and sealed connections.
The process includes:
• Checking the tightness of the route and the condition of service ports;
• Vacuuming the system to residual pressure;
• Refrigerant filling strictly by weight or by operating parameters;
• Monitoring the pressure, temperature and correct operation of the equipment after start-up.
All work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and current safety standards.

4. Limitation of liability
The contractor is only responsible for the correctness of the refueling procedure and the correct dosage of the refrigerant.
At the same time the contractor is not responsible for faultsthat have arisen due to leaks, corrosion, microcracks, broken joints, wear of seals, poor installation or aging of equipment, as well as for the consequences damage to the track or blocksthat appeared after refueling.
If the diagnostic process reveals signs of leakage or critical wear and tear of the joints, the contractor informs the customer and can suspend or refuse refueling until defects are removed.

Refueling in case of leaks is possible only with the written or oral consent of the customer, and the contractor is exempt from liability for a repeated decrease in pressure in the system.
The contractor is also not responsible for the consequences of previous interventions, poor installation or non-compliance with equipment operating rules.

5. Guarantee for work performed
Guarantee is provided only for the correctness of the refrigerant dosage and the quality of the refueling procedure performed for a period 1 year.
The warranty does not cover:
• Leaks that occur after work due to the condition of the track, fittings or connections;
• Mechanical damage and deformations that occurred during operation;
• Equipment faults that are not related to the refueling procedure.
The contractor is solely responsible for the actions performed as part of the refueling service, but not for the general condition and further performance of the air conditioner.

6. Aesthetics and cleanliness
All work is done carefully, with minimal interference with the interior and the surrounding space. The contractor is not responsible for dirt or traces resulting from technical operations (hose connections, pressure relief, contact with condensate), unless the customer has taken measures to protect furniture or flooring.

The aim of the work is to prepare a reliable and sealed communication line between the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner for the subsequent installation and operation of the system.

2. Responsibility of the parties
Before starting work, the customer must:
• Provide free access to route sites and equipment connection points;
• Agree with the contractor on the layout and the location of the pipelines;
• Make sure that construction and finishing works make it possible to safely perform strobing and drilling;
• Report the presence of hidden communications (wiring, water supply, ventilation ducts, etc.).
The Contractor is not responsible for damage to hidden communications if the customer did not inform about their availability in advance.
The customer is responsible for the preparation of the facility, including the condition of the walls, ceilings and finishes.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor guarantees that the work is performed in compliance with all safety standards and technological requirements.
The work includes:
• Route marking and accurate identification of drilling sites;
• Laying copper pipes in thermal insulation, joining by flaring or soldering;
• Laying a drainage system with the required slope;
• Installation of signal and power cables;
• Sealing holes and insulating the route along the entire length.
All materials — copper pipes, thermal insulation, cables and fasteners — are selected in accordance with the type and capacity of the air conditioner.

4. Limitation of liability
The contractor is responsible for the quality of the connections made and the tightness of the route only within the scope of the work performed.
At the same time the contractor is not responsible for damage to finishing materials, walls, tiles or facade, if the route is laid on existing surfaces or inside strobes made in agreement with the customer.
If the work reveals low structural strength, hidden voids, loose plaster or other wall defects, the contractor informs the customer and has the right change the method of attachment or location of the route.
All adjustments to the route, openings or route length are agreed with the customer verbally and are considered admissible without written confirmation.
The contractor is also not responsible for a violation of the tightness of the highway if third parties subsequently intervened in it or construction work was carried out without notifying the contractor.

5. Drilling rates and additional holes
As part of the standard route tab, it is possible one through hole up to 52 mm in diameter for every 5 linear meters of route.
If the work requires extra hole, it is being implemented in agreement with the customer et paid separately according to the current price list.
The number and location of holes are determined by technical necessity and are agreed upon before starting work.

6. Guarantee for work performed
The warranty applies only for the tightness and quality of the freon route connections, performed by the contractor, for a period of time 3 years from the moment the equipment was installed.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage to the route and drainage system caused by mechanical stress, deformation or construction work after installation;
• Tightness failure due to self-intervention, pipe bending or external loads;
• Deformation, destruction or depressurization due to external factors (shocks, vibrations, freezing drainage, moisture or chemicals);
• Any changes made by third parties without the participation of the performer.
The contractor is only responsible for completed connections and sections of the route created as part of a specific order.

The purpose of the work is to install a supply ventilation device (breeze) to ensure a sealed air intake channel, the equipment is properly connected and the manufacturer's technical requirements are met.

2. Responsibility of the parties
Before starting work, the customer must:
• provide access to the breather installation site and the working area for drilling;
• agree with the contractor on the location of the device and the point of entry of the air duct;
• make sure that there are no hidden communications in the wall (cable, fittings, water supply, gas, ventilation);
• warn the contractor about the structural features of the building, facade restrictions, and the presence of decorative elements;
• ensure a 220V connection in the installation area or report a power outage in advance.
The Contractor is not responsible for damage to hidden communications that the customer did not report.
The customer is responsible for the condition of the wall, facade and finishing materials, as well as for the overall preparation of the facility.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor guarantees that the work is performed in compliance with all safety standards and requirements of the breather manufacturer. The work includes:
• marking the installation point and determining the drilling zone;
• diamond drilling of a hole of the required diameter with dust removal;
• installation of an air duct, insulation of the channel and sealing of the passage;
• installation of the breather body and fasteners;
• connecting the device to the mains (if there is a ready-made power point);
• checking the device's performance and filtering modes.
All materials, fasteners and consumables are selected in accordance with the type of breeze and the wall design.

4. Limitation of liability
The Contractor is not responsible for:
• for damage to the facade or finish, if the installation is carried out at a location agreed with the customer;
• for destroying the coating or decorative elements on the wall during drilling;
• for vibrations, microcracks and cosmetic defects that may occur when drilling in weak or old walls;
• for the impossibility of installing equipment if the walls contain dense fittings, metal embedded or non-standard structures;
• for the future work of the breather if it is improperly cared for, intervened on its own or connected by third-party specialists.
The contractor is only responsible for the correct installation and the tightness of the channel made by him.

5. Drilling rates and additional work
The standard installation includes one hole with a diameter of 132 mm or 152 mm (depending on the breather model). If the wall structure requires an increased diameter, additional drilling or increased sealing, such work is coordinated separately. Additional holes, power preparation, strobing, cable extension or relocation of the installation point are charged according to the price list.

6. Guarantee
The warranty covers the quality of drilling, the installation of an air duct, the sealing of the hole and the installation of the device for a period of 1 year.
The warranty does not cover:
• breather work related to the quality of the power grid;
• faults due to improper maintenance, lack of filter replacement or mechanical stress;

2. Responsibility of the parties

• provide free access to the camera assembly site and equipment installation areas;
• provide the contractor with information about the layout of the room, the height of the ceilings, the availability of ventilation and the features of the room (narrow openings, limited passages, etc.). );
• report the presence of hidden communications in the walls (cable, water supply, ventilation ducts, etc.). );
• ensure the availability of a 220V or 380V power supply (depending on equipment), as well as access to outlets or a switchboard.
The Contractor is not responsible for damage to hidden communications that the customer did not disclose in advance. The customer is responsible for the condition of the walls, floors, ceilings, finishing materials and any preparation of the facility.

3. Quality and safety of work
The contractor guarantees installation in accordance with technical standards, equipment manufacturers' requirements and safety rules. The work includes: • marking and assembling sandwich panels, docking locks;
• sealing joints inside and outside the chamber;
• installing a refrigerated door and checking that the seals fit;
• installation of a monoblock or a split system evaporator;
• installation of an outdoor condenser unit (if necessary);
• laying a freon line, thermal insulation, drainage, signal and power cables; • vacuuming the system, checking pressure, first starting and setting up automation.

All materials and consumables are selected taking into account the required operating temperature and equipment capacity.

4. Limitation of liability
The Contractor is not responsible for:
• for damage to finishes, tiles, ceilings or walls, if installation is carried out at an agreed installation site;
• for deformation of old or weak structures when attaching equipment;
• for microcracks and vibration damage in old rooms associated with the mass assembly of panels;
• for the inability to install equipment if the wall or room structure does not meet technical requirements (weak walls, insufficient space, lack of ventilation);
• for the continued operation of the camera if the customer does not ensure the proper operation, maintenance or replacement of filters and consumables;
• for the intervention of third parties in the design of the chamber or refrigeration circuit after installation.
The contractor is only responsible for his work and connections.

5. Additional works
Installation may include: installing a chamber, sealing joints and installing basic refrigeration equipment. Additional work — moving the chamber, strengthening sealing, preparing the floor, dismantling the old chamber, strobing, drilling additional holes, installing protective screens, laying long routes, removing equipment to the roof or facade — are paid separately according to the price list.
All extras actions are agreed orally and are considered admissible without written confirmation.

6. Guarantee
The warranty covers:
• panel assembly quality;
• tightness of joints and installation of the door unit;
• installation of refrigeration equipment and completed connections.
The warranty does not cover:
• wear and tear of equipment, compressors, fans and automation;
• damage caused by a violation of the room temperature, lack of ventilation or power changes;
• deformation of panels due to impact, pressure or mechanical impact; • violations caused by third parties, self-repair or improper operation.
