The installation of a sandwich panel refrigerator involves assembling an insulated structure and installing refrigeration equipment that provides a stable temperature regime for storing products. The panels are connected through lock joints, sealed with food sealant, and heat inflows are excluded. The door is installed with precise alignment and inspection of the fit of the seals.

The equipment can be monoblock or split type. The monoblock is mounted directly into the wall panel. In the case of a split system, an evaporator is installed inside the chamber, and a condenser unit is installed outside. A freon line is being laid, pipes are insulated, drainage and automation are connected. After assembly, vacuum, pressure testing and start-up are carried out.

For beer shops, bars and bottling points, a refrigerator is a prerequisite: only when 2—6 °C is stable, beer in kegs retains its taste and does not foam. In liquor stores, cameras maintain 10—14 °C, preventing oxidation and “brewing” wine. Therefore, camera installation is not an option, but a necessary infrastructure element.

Such a system ensures proper storage of products, increases their shelf life and guarantees temperature stability all year round.
